To go orders for breakfast do not include butter or powdered sugar or utensils. When I called about it they were very dismissive. Third time this happened. I was told butter melts so they dont include it and they said they put powdered sugar on the french toast. I could barely make out like a teaspoon full. Then 10.00 for one egg not cooked as ordered one slice of toast and a 2x4 piece of hash browns and no drink (which menu says is included) for the kids meal.

Stopped by this little gem on a Sunday morning. The service was amazing, the coffee was amazing, and the food was on point! Very cute spot. I wish I lived closer because I would come often! I had the chicken fried steak and it was the best I have had in years! The gravy wasn't over powering. It was just perfect! My lunch date and the salmon Benedict and she was very pleased. Just go. Try it. It's yum.

Thelmas never ever disappoints me, or anybody that I introduce to the restaurant. I can't imagine why they weren't real busy on a Friday night unless there was a lot of takeout? Regardless the service was impeccable and the food excellent! I had the crabcakes Benedict which featured two crabcakes each with a scallop on top and eggs Benedict. It was also served with perfectly roasted potatoes. My friend had the huevos rancheros and it was equally as good based on the fact that she finished it all and made yummy sounds! I highly recommend this best kept secret in Saugus!

This place is a great brunch place! I've been here twice with my husband and two toddlers and we all enjoyed our meals both times. We've had very friendly customer service and the food was delicious! Our favorites are definitely the Crab Benedict and the crepes, such a perfect combo and very filling! Crepes are perfect for the kids, and each comes with a different fruit-banana, mango and strawberries. Indoor and outdoor seating. They have coffee but I prefer just going to Starbucks literally down the street. Food is definitely worth trying if you are in the area though and parking is easy since it's in a big plaza!

This clean and pleasant looking cafe has an A rating from the Health Department and friendly waitresses. We ordered breakfast: Belgian Waffle Deluxe for my wife and Blueberry Pancakes for me. The waitress returned and informed us they were out of blueberries, so I changed my order to a Belgian Waffle. There were only two other customers in the cafe, but it took 20 minutes before we received our order. The bottom of my wife's waffle was burned and the eggs that she requested sunny side up were runny and brown around the edges which suggested they were cooked too fast. The whipped cream on our waffles was also runny, probably from a near-empty can. The bacon was tough and very salty. The menu stated that my waffle came with strawberries, but the bill had an extra charge of $1.56 for 'seasonal fruit'. Not a great dining experience.
